Shipping policy

Every ELARA order is prepared with care and sent from Portugal. This page explains how shipping works — when your order leaves us, how to track it, and what to expect depending on where it's going.

Order processing

Your order is prepared for shipping once payment has been confirmed. Orders are processed within [1–2] business days. During a new capsule release or a high-demand period, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you informed.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel on the carrier's website.

Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours from the moment of dispatch to appear on the carrier's site. This delay is on the carrier's side and is outside ELARA's control.

Where we ship & delivery times

We currently ship to Portugal, Spain, and selected countries within the European Union.

Estimated delivery times, counted from dispatch:

Azores & Madeira 2–5 business days
Spain (mainland) 2–4 business days
Rest of European Union 3–7 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times vary by destination and can be affected by the carrier, by holidays, or by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over €250. For orders below that amount, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, before you confirm your purchase.

Delivery days

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding local and national holidays, to the address provided at checkout. During peak summer periods, deliveries may be limited to selected days.

Delivery address

Please make sure the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and correct. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause your order to be returned to us and can result in additional costs, which would be passed on to you.

Once an order has been registered, the billing information cannot be changed. ELARA is also unable to change the delivery address after dispatch. If you need to update it, please contact the carrier directly as soon as possible — ideally before the parcel is out for delivery — and request the change with them.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in some time, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, write to us at info@elaraclothing.com and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
