Order processing
Your order is prepared for shipping once payment has been confirmed. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. During a new capsule release or a high-demand period, processing may take a little longer, we'll always keep you informed.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel on the carrier's website.
Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours from the moment of dispatch to appear on the carrier's site. This delay is on the carrier's side and is outside ELARA's control.

We currently ship to Portugal and Spain.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by the carrier, by holidays, or by circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery days & address
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. During peak summer periods, deliveries may be limited to selected days.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. An incorrect address may cause the parcel to be returned, with any additional costs passed on to you.
Billing details cannot be changed once an order is placed, and the delivery address cannot be changed after dispatch. To update it, contact the carrier directly as soon as possible, ideally before the parcel is out for delivery.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in some time, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, write to us at info@elaraclothing.com and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf. For any other question about your shipment, you can reach us at the same address.
